Once you have filled out the registration form you will be transferred to our secure credit card processing site hosted by TransFirst. Your registration will not be considered complete until your credit card has been successfully charged. If you have any problems please email sandy@perteam.com for assistance.

You may be requested for some of the same information from our credit card processing company such as your full name as it appears on your card.

• Cancellations must be e-mailed to Sandy@perteam.com
  
• Cancellations will be assessed a $25.00 administrative fee until May 21, 2010
  
• Fifty percent (50%) of the registration will be refunded for cancellations received from May 22, 2010 through June 25, 2010.
  Cancellations received after June 25, 2010 are nonrefundable
  
• Registrations are transferable at anytime
